Shifting how you lead, relate, and create

Who do you coach?

My clients are committed to growth, not just in their business but in themselves. They don’t shy away from challenge or change. They’re open to being met with new perspectives. They’re intellectual thinkers who inspire me as much as I support them. If that sounds like you, we’ll work well together.

Do I need a coach?

At its core, coaching expands your capacity to create. Just as you rely on professionals to optimize your fitness and finances, coaching brings that same level of support and change-management to how you make decisions, manage stress, and remain present under pressure.

How do I distinguish a skilled coach from an unqualified coach?

A skilled coach won’t try to “sell” you. They’ll show you, in real time, what it’s like to be met, challenged, and seen. In a single conversation they’ll offer fresh distinctions, not recycled advice. You’ll feel it: a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and possibility.

Why do you focus on leadership?

I focus on leadership because too many founders and entrepreneurs are carrying immense pressure without adequate support. I’ve worked closely with leaders inside high-demand environments and have seen firsthand how under-resourcing leads to burnout, constrained decision-making, and diminished effectiveness. That strain doesn’t stay contained — it shows up in teams, relationship dynamics, and the long-term growth of the business.

What’s it like to work with you?

Our work together is tailored, not templated. Think of me as your thought partner and pattern-interrupter. Together we’ll explore the deeper patterns – nervous system responses, unconscious beliefs, and inner dynamics – that shape how you lead, relate, and create. You can count on me to be inquisitive and persistent on your behalf, holding you at the edge of your next evolution.

What’s your coaching style?

My methodology draws from training in Integral Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Neuro-Linguistic Programming,, and Behavioral Dynamics. My coaching is also influenced by years of work with psychedelic therapy and plant medicine. Clients describe me as skillful, grounded, intuitive, firm, honest, curious, and distinctly insightful.

Why did you choose coaching?

In my late twenties, I entered my first coaching relationship. Over the course of that year, I was supported, challenged, and stretched in ways that led to meaningful, lasting change. I chose coaching because it creates real transformation and allows me to draw from multiple modalities – Integral and Organizational Psychology, trauma-informed work, IFS, and Systems Thinking – meeting clients with precision rather than a one-size-fits-all method.

Preparation & Integration

For clients engaging with plant medicine or psychedelic therapy I offer support in two forms. Preparation – together we explore your intentions, clarify what you’re seeking, and ground the journey in your beliefs, values, and context. Integration – we turn insight into embodiment, unraveling meaning from your experience and weaving it back into your daily life with care and clarity.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
