My Method

As we get into our coaching flow, you’ll notice that I don’t work from a single method or fixed framework. I work dynamically — choosing the right tool for the moment, the person, and the decision at hand.

My approach is integrative by design.

I draw from Integral Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, Leadership Embodiment, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-informed Somatic training. Each modality serves a purpose.

  • Integral Psychology helps us see the full system you’re operating within, so we’re not working in isolation.

  • Behavioral Psychology grounds our work in what actually changes behavior, not just insights.

  • Leadership Embodiment embeds those changes into your authority and presence – in the body, in action.

  • NLP identifies the subtle language patterns and internal narratives that are steering your choices.

  • IFS allows us to work skillfully with internal conflict and fear, without trying to “fix” or override parts of you.

  • Trauma-informed somatic work ensures change is paced, integrated, and sustainable.

This means our work stays flexible and outcome-oriented. Some moments call for sharp cognitive reframing. Others require slowing down, observing what’s happening on the level of emotional or somatic awareness, or perhaps renegotiating patterns that have been running for years. By working across multiple modalities, we can meet your dynamism and complexity with range, nuance, and effectiveness.

The result is coaching that’s both grounded and expansive — rigorous enough for high-stakes decisions, and human enough to create real, lasting change.
